7. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability

  • Payment must be completed before processing

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order

An order confirmation email does not guarantee shipment until the order has been processed by the fulfillment partner.

8. Shipping and Fulfillment

Dropshipping Orders

  • Orders are shipped directly from third-party suppliers

  • Processing time is usually 1–3 business days

  • Delivery times vary by destination and carrier

KB Creative is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external circumstances.

Print-on-Demand Products

Certain products are custom-made using print-on-demand services.

Because these items are produced specifically for you:

  • Returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged

  • Minor variations in color, size, or placement may occur

  • Production begins shortly after order confirmation

Refunds or replacements are handled in accordance with the print provider’s policies.

9. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of dropshipping and print-on-demand fulfillment, returns for change of mind are not accepted.

Refunds or replacements are available only if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item is delivered

Notification Requirement

You must contact us at support@kbcreative.eu within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear evidence of the issue.

Required Evidence

To process your claim, we may require:

  • Photos of the damaged or defective product

  • Photos of the inner and outer packaging

  • Photos showing the shipping label

  • Photos of the item repackaged as received

  • A video clearly showing the defect (if applicable)

These requirements are necessary to submit a claim to our fulfillment partners.

Refunds or replacements are issued only after supplier verification.

EU consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

10. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they enter processing. Once an order has been sent to a supplier or carrier, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

11. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party service providers, including but not limited to:

  • Gelato (print-on-demand fulfillment)

  • BTS Wholesaler / dropshipping suppliers

  • Google Analytics (website analytics)

These providers receive only the personal information necessary to perform their services. We do not control third-party privacy practices.

12. Affiliate Programs

KB Creative participates in affiliate programs, including Amazon Associates and Trip.com.

Some links on this website are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you if you make a purchase through these links.

All affiliate purchases are handled entirely by the third-party provider and are subject to their own terms, policies, refunds, and customer service.

As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases.

13. Travel and Booking Disclaimer

KB Creative does not act as a travel agency. Any travel-related services, bookings, cancellations, refunds, or disputes made through third-party platforms such as Trip.com are handled exclusively by the provider.

14. User Content

If you submit comments, feedback, or other content, you grant KB Creative a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and distribute such content. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions do not violate any laws or third-party rights.
