Shipping Policy – KB Creative


1. Order Processing Time

Once you place an order, please allow 2–7 business days for processing and production before your order ships.
Each item is made-to-order to ensure the highest quality.

Orders fulfilled via BTS Wholesaler or Gelato (print-on-demand) may take slightly longer due to third-party processing.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 1–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Unforeseen events such as holidays, extreme weather, customs delays, or carrier disruptions may impact delivery times.

  • While most orders arrive on schedule, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the package is with the shipping carrier.


3. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.

To cancel, send an email to support@kbcreative.eu with the subject line “CANCEL” and include your order number.

If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


4. Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We can update the address during this window.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully package every product, but in rare cases (~1 in 1000 shipments), items may arrive damaged or defective.

If this happens:

  1. Contact support@kbcreative.eu

  2. Include your order number

  3. Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Once verified, we will send a free replacement at no extra cost.

Note: Orders fulfilled via BTS Wholesaler or Gelato may require additional shipping time for replacements.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Please check your local regulations before placing an order.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
