1. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Refunds or replacements are available only for items that arrive:

Due to the nature of dropshipping and print-on-demand fulfillment, returns for change of mind are not accepted.
Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. How to Request a Refund

Requests submitted without the required information may be delayed or denied.
3. Conditions for Refunds or Replacements
To be eligible:

The product must be unused and in the same condition as received

The issue must be manufacturing-related or caused by shipping damage

All claims are reviewed and verified before approval
Once approved, we will issue either:

A replacement item, or

A refund, depending on the situation
Note: For dropshipping or print-on-demand items (BTS Wholesaler, Gelato), replacements may take additional time due to supplier verification and processing.
4. Required Evidence
To process a claim, we may require:

Photos of the damaged or defective product

Photos of the inner and outer packaging

Photos showing the shipping label

Photos of the item repackaged as received
-
A video clearly showing the defect (if applicable)
These requirements are necessary to submit a claim to our fulfillment partners.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds or replacements:

Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery

Change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse requests

Size, color, or design preferences not caused by manufacturing defects

Custom or made-to-order items, unless defective
6. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are custom-made or produced on demand.
Returns or refunds for change of mind are not accepted, in accordance with EU consumer protection exemptions for personalized goods.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once approved:

Processing may take 5–60 business days, depending on supplier and payment provider

Refunds are issued using the original payment method

Bank or payment provider processing times may vary
8. Dropshipping & Print-on-Demand Notes

Orders fulfilled via BTS Wholesaler or Gelato are shipped directly from suppliers

Replacement processing may take additional time due to third-party handling
-
Tracking information will be provided once items are shipped
